Outreach Projects

The KEMPTON PARK METHODIST CHURCH has created several specialized outreach ministry projects that include:

A training school of sewing for unemployed women. Apart from the theoretical and practical sewing training we also try to facilitate gainful employment for our qualified craftspeople.

Feeding the Homeless

A shared food ministry in which we contribute to provide full balanced meals to around 150 underprivileged people daily at our Festival Mall “Soup Kitchen.”

Stepping Stones

A pre-school for children from disadvantaged communities.

John Wesley Childrens’ Home

A home away from home for girls removed from parents by Child Welfare South Africa for parental abuse or temporary inability to care for them.
